Welcome to SnapHand! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SnapHand website (https://snaphand.app) and the SnapHand mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Alifan LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapHand, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapHand is a poker tracking and analysis tool.

  • Free Version: The HUD and basic tracking features are free. Users can save and track up to 100 hands at no cost.
  • Pro Subscription: To save an unlimited number of hands, a paid annual subscription is required.

3. Subscriptions and Account Usage

  • Billing: We offer an Annual Subscription. Prices are clearly displayed at the point of purchase on our website or within the app stores.
  • Multi-Device Access: Your subscription is tied to your account (email address). You may use one account on multiple devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet, desktop), provided you are the sole user of that account.
  • Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions (whether purchased via our website or an app store) automatically renew at the end of the annual billing cycle unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website or the respective app store (Apple/Google).
  • Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • No Refunds: Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Communications

By creating an account, you agree that we may use your email address to send you important service updates, technical notices, and occasional news about new features in SnapHand. You can opt-out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. We will still send essential technical or billing-related messages even if you opt-out of marketing.

5. User Responsibilities and Data

  • Data Entry: You are responsible for the data entered into the app.
  • Platform Rules: You agree to use SnapHand in compliance with the terms of service of any online poker room you play on. Alifan LLC is not responsible for any penalties, warnings, or account restrictions imposed by third-party poker platforms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is." While we aim for high accuracy, software can contain errors. Alifan LLC is not liable for any loss of data or inaccuracies in hand history analysis. We do not guarantee the permanent availability of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, your sole remedy for any issues with our service is to stop using it. Alifan LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred during poker games or any other damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.
